History

Food
Maïdjanad was born from the fascination of its two founders for the dune massifs, which represent the iconic landscape of the Sahara, and the desire to offer a unique experience during an exceptional trip.
Nadia
Born in Algiers to a Russo-Ukrainian mother and an Algerian father, Nadia spent the last fifteen years in France and traveled the world. She was shaped by a family environment where several cultures coexist and where Arabic, Kabyle, French, and Russian are spoken alternately, and by her many travels during which she particularly practiced English.
Her curiosity and the need to reconnect with her country of origin led her to explore the Sahara multiple times. It was such a strong and different experience from what she had known before that she wanted to do something about it. She decided to build a bridge between travelers and the Tuaregs by creating Maïdjanad.
My philosophy: transmission and sharing, that’s why I like to create unique and timeless moments, sources of exchange and mutual discoveries.
Values
Passion
Maïdjanad was born from the passion of Nadia for the Algerian Sahara. A founding value that constitutes the DNA and culture of the company.
